Meet Our Team
Phil & Caity Woolcocks
Phil and Caity Woolcocks are a husband and wife team dedicated to business and revitalizing commercial buildings while strengthening local communities. Blending Phil’s construction and vision with Caity’s project-management expertise they transform aging properties into modern, functional spaces. They have secured grant funding for several rehabilitation projects and balance their work with raising their five children—rooting everything they do in family, purpose, and long term community value.

What We’re All About
We’re four friends whose lives and families have grown together. Our kids are friends, we’re all entrepreneurs, and we share a work ethic that never quits. True North was born from a shared desire to make our community stronger and more beautiful, one space at a time. We treat every project like it’s our own home—listening closely, honoring your needs and wants, and showing the same care and respect we’d want for our own families. We keep our promises, communicate honestly, and stay dedicated to quality and efficiency from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
